This is perhaps the most bizarre looking puppy I have ever seen. It is known as the Chinese Crested Hairless Dog.
Here are a couple pictures of them as puppies.
They are somewhat cute as little pups, but they turn into this scary looking beast.
The photo above is a Chinese Crested Hairless Dog all grown up. Yikes! But, to be fair, they also can look like the one below:
This one is not quite as homely.

Thanks for your thoughts, The Chinese Crested is a very small dog well known for its charming personality and both elegant and entertaining appearance. It is a member of the toy dog group, and is split up into two types, those being hairless and powderpuff. The hairless and powderpuff dogs might look completely different at a first glance, but apart from the fur coat or the lack of fur coat, they look just the same.
